By accessing or using Bedtime Stories, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Bedtime Stories is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized bedtime stories for children. The service includes:

• AI-generated story content based on user preferences
• AI-generated illustrations for stories
• Story library for saving and accessing created stories
• Subscription plans with varying features and usage limits

3. Account Registration

To use Bedtime Stories, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

Bedtime Stories offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free: Limited to 1 story (lifetime)
• Basic: 1 story per month
• Premium: 1 story per day

Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's terms of service for in-app purchases. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Share your account with others
• Use the service to generate inappropriate or harmful content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the app

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Generated Content: Stories and images generated through our service are created for your personal, non-commercial use. While you may share stories with family and friends, you may not sell, license, or commercially distribute generated content.

Our Property: The Bedtime Stories app, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is our intellectual property and is protected by copyright and other laws.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content is generated by artificial intelligence and may occasionally produce unexpected results. While we strive to ensure all content is appropriate for children, we recommend parental review of generated stories. We are not responsible for any content that may be deemed unsuitable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bedtime Stories shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.
